Our conference and meeting rooms

Our bright new conference rooms are named after the Swedish months of the year, from Januari to November. Following our comprehensive remodelling, meeting rooms of various sizes have been connected. This allows conference guests to hold large sessions and then break off into smaller groups in rooms that can be opened or separated off as you need it.
Our two "break-out" areas make it possible to break off as needed or to continue discussions in smaller groups under more relaxed conditions. Here, you will find generously proportioned seating that stimulates continued creative thinking. We serve refreshments and morning and afternoon coffee with various trimmings.

All conference and meeting rooms have wireless broadband and basic equipment as standard. In Januari, Februari, Mars, Maj and November, computer/video projectors and audio systems have also been installed. Naturally, we can also arrange such facilities in our other rooms if required. It is possible to drive cars in and to set up other large items for exhibitions or other purposes. The November room offers access to coffee, espresso and other beverages. If you have special requirements, speak with your project manager.

The largest rooms, Januari, Februari and Mars, have capacity for 250 people with theatre-style seating and 180 people with school-style seating.
